Returns & Refund Policy

At Atelier Zero, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our process, we maintain a selective approach to returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Replacement

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Replacements are available under the following conditions:

• Item must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided
• Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances:

• Item is out of stock and cannot be reproduced
• No suitable replacement is available
• Order is cancelled before production begins
• Significant manufacturing error that cannot be corrected

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale or final sale items
• Items reported after the 7-day window

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at shop@atelzero.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and detailed description of the issue
3. Attach clear, high-resolution photos showing the problem
4. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
5. If approved, we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
6. Package the item securely in its original packaging
7. Ship the item back using the provided label and tracking information
